When my husband and I contacted her to look at a single house we were interested in, she went above and beyond to find us more houses that she thought fit what we were looking for based solely on the one house we sent. She took us on a one day house hunt within our time constraints for the day and she knocked it out of the park. We ended up putting in an offer on the first house in the list she curated for us. She is a great communicator and was always keeping us in the loop and making sure we knew all available information. When it came time to negotiate getting credits to fix some of the things the house had wrong she rocked it! She was never afraid to politely ask and advocate for us. Once escrow was closed and the house was ours her help and guidance didn't stop there. Since we were moving from out of state, Sarah helped us get our new house in order by helping be at the house to let contractors in, helping us choose new flooring, and even inspected our house for a water leak when the city shut our water off and we hadn't moved in yet! We then had her help my mom purchase her house and several work friends as well. She has done amazing work for all of us! We contacted Sarah during the pandemic when the market was crazy and houses were selling within hours of being out on the market. She immediately sent us a long list of homes in our price range in preferred parts of town that met our bedroom and bathroom and square footage hopes. She also showed us a few new developments. We fell in love with a neighborhood and decided to have a custom home built. Sarah was with us from the very start of the process for the entire 9 months until closing day. She did so much to help us get the house built exactly how we wanted. She attended every building and design meeting, helped decide what appliances and finishes we chose that would also help for resale and handled all of the conservations with the builders so we didn’t have to. She was extremely on top of everything and very organized making sure everything went as planned and that the builders were getting things done in the timeline they said. Sarah responded to every single text, call and email very quickly. Sarah is the type of person who feels like family. She has answered questions and supported us for the past 2.5 years after we purchased our home. I know we can always count on her for anything home related, even if it’s just a quick question.
